I think it is someone beside the main subject (with similarly coloured hair) who moved their head back as the shutter opened – and so the picture became blurred
You can clearly see someone behind her, the black behind her is a person, and its just the slow shutter speed on a digital camera, nothing spooky here.
this is sooooo fake! you can obviously see that the camera shutter is way too slow so it has like two pictures in one. someone is walking behind the person, but her hair is infront but not enough to cover the outline of the person behind’s face.
this one looks pretty freaky but still I think its just the camera

Definitely, it can be explained. The back side of the woman show bright
two spots. It looks like windows in airplane. Beside the woman, one man seated. You can find black body. The man’s face and hair of woman is overlaped, and the bright light make the film confused.
Although the form is misty in appearance, the womn seems to be looking in it’s direction with her left eye, and her positioning is slightly akward, as if she’s moved her head back to accommodate it in the shot. Strange.
Commercial aircraft cabin, old guy sleeping in row A, main subject in row B. Possibly playing about with a new digital camera bought in duty-free (yes, I know it’s conjecture, but I need the exercise). Slow shutter speed twhich gives the ‘misty’ effect, plus flash. Main subject moving.
I dont know if there was a mirror or something behind the woman, but it is a bit creepy though. I dont think it has to do with a reflection of the flash in the mirror though. It does look like a woman who passed away. or maby its someone who is attached to her. Maby someone she knows or maby its even herself in a way? Ofcourse it can be a fake one you can photoshop a lot these days. It didn’t say where it came from and from who it is so are they afraid to come out?
Someone mentioned this before. It is clearly taken on an aircraft (you can see the windows behind) on a slow exposure with the passenger behind the subject relaxing. Oh so simple.
To me it looks like a cam mess up. Because it looks like a lady is sitting next to her and the image gets blurred and makes it look like there is a woman in her hair.
